TRACKING ISSUES
Tracking updates may occasionally pause due to carrier delays. If tracking has not updated for 6–7 business days, contact support and we will assist you.
ORDER CHANGES
You can cancel or update your order as long as it has not shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.
REFUNDS
Refunds can only be issued if the order has not yet shipped. Products sold by Your Muscle Shop are non-returnable once received.
